Jay & Bettye Rodgers’ Mission
More than a decade ago, Jay and Bettye Rodgers, along with a small group of accomplished entrepreneurs and business leaders, founded BIZ Owners Ed with a simple but powerful vision: to help successful business owners build stronger companies, create lasting wealth, and leave a meaningful legacy.
After founding and scaling multiple businesses of their own, Jay and Bettye recognized that many entrepreneurs never have access to the mentorship, guidance, and real-world experience needed to successfully grow, scale, and eventually exit a business. They believed that experienced entrepreneurs have a responsibility to give back by helping the next generation of business leaders avoid costly mistakes and accelerate their success.
Today, that vision continues through BIZ Owners Ed’s unique mentorship model. Our mentors, speakers, and advisors are accomplished entrepreneurs who have built, scaled, and successfully exited businesses across a wide range of industries. They volunteer their time, expertise, and experience to help business owners navigate growth challenges, strengthen leadership skills, increase company value, and prepare for future opportunities.

The Program
Each entrepreneur will have the opportunity to openly discuss business challenges and opportunities with experienced mentors who have successfully navigated similar obstacles. Participants will also receive hands-on guidance, accountability, and strategic support throughout our intensive 10-week Advanced Entrepreneur Program.
This program is designed for serious business owners who are committed to growth, collaboration, and continuous improvement. To maintain a supportive and high-value environment, solicitation of business, sales pitches, or self-promotional networking is strictly prohibited. Our goal is to foster a trusted community where members can share openly, learn from one another, and receive meaningful support.
If your primary intention is to prospect for clients, promote your services, or leverage the group for personal business gain, this program may not be the right fit. Participants who violate these community standards may be removed from the program to protect the integrity of the experience for all members.

Who qualifies to join the community of BIZ?
What’s the difference between the Class and the Gallery?
The Class consists of a select group of individuals who have qualified based on their current stage of business growth and annual revenue. These individuals are personally invited to participate in an exclusive 10-week program that runs from the first Tuesday in January through the second Tuesday in March.
Class members receive a premier experience, including front-row seating during the program, direct interaction with featured speakers, the opportunity to brainstorm live, and the ability to ask personalized questions and receive tailored advice specific to their business challenges. In addition, members gain access to our extensive network of mentors and past class participants, creating an unmatched level of support, collaboration, and shared expertise. The depth of knowledge and experience within our community is truly second to none.
Gallery Members are also invited to attend the 10-week program and will participate as audience members. They will receive valuable insights and education from the speakers; however, they will not have direct access to the speakers, mentors, or past class members in the same personalized capacity as The Class participants.
