Ron Sturgeon, Founder of the small business consulting firm "Mr. Mission Possible," combines over 35 years of entrepreneurship with an extensive resume in consulting, speaking and publishing. A business owner since age 17 when his dad died and Ron had no place to live, Ron began a career in entrepreneurship which ultimately led to his building a chain of salvage yards which he sold to Ford Motor Company in 1999. After his repurchase of Greenleaf Auto Recyclers from Ford and subsequent resale to Schnitzer Industries, Ron became the owner of the DFW Elite Auto suite of businesses and a successful real estate investor. As a landlord, he doesn’t sell, he has over 1,500 tenants paying rent and loves small businesses. He also owns a chain of 17 salons where over 500 stylists rent space.
