Ron is an incredibly unique person. Starting out as a high school senior working on cars, he found himself homeless after his father passed away.

He has built multiple auto salvage companies that he later went on to sell to massive names in the industry. He then set to work on growing his wealth in real estate by buying office space, single family homes, shipping container spaces, self storage facilities, and just about everything else. He is incredibly knowledgeable in leverage and how to use it to expand your investing power.

We met in his Fort Worth, Tx office where he keeps his antique toy collection, as well as his large collection of modern day exotic cars. In the episode, Ron walks us through why people don't take risk, how to become tolerant to risk, and how to create real wealth vs. just more income.

I was a member of the inaugural class of BOE. What I got out of it was a lot of great contacts, both with the peers who were in the group with me and then the mentors who were there. I also got a lot of good business nuggets.
